   Your access to and use of www.sugargathered.com is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, continuing to use this site accepts the below terms, conditions and privacy policies. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this Service.

   By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the website.

   We, here at Sugar Gathered, www.sugargathered.com own and control all the copyright and intellectual property rights on our website or related companies under our ownership. All content and material on this site, including but not limited to descriptions, images, logos, artistic works, literacy and products are protected and reserved.

   Unless permitted, you strictly may not download, copy, reproduce, upload, modify, edit, transmit, distribute, sell, sub-license, exploit, republish or post any Sugar Gathered, www.sugargathered.com and all associated company content or information. This website is designed for your own personal use only and no content is to be used for any other purposes.

   Acceptable use:

   You may not use our website in any unlawful activity, fraudulent, harmful or in connection with any illegal activity.

   You may not use our store to copy, store, host, use, transmit, publish or distribute any material which consists of any spyware, computer virus, malicious software or to conduct any systematic data collection.

   Links to Other Web Sites:

   Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sugar Gathered, www.sugargathered.com

   Sugar Gathered, www.sugargathered.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that www.sugargathered.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. 

   Enforcement of Copyright:

   Here at Sugar Gathered, copyright is an extremely serious matter. Should we discover inappropriate, unlawful, unpermitted use of our copyright material, we will bring legal proceedings against you in accordance with the Australian Law, in the Jurisdiction of Australian Courts.

2. Delivery Information:

   Sugar Gathered and www.sugargathered.com will deliver your package to the address provided on the checkout form, as per the delivery instructions listed (if applicable). Our delivery area service the Gold Coast, QLD areas and selected surrounding suburbs. Our deliveries will arrive between 10am – 5pm on the day selected for your delivery. Unfortunately, due to the volume of deliveries we are not able to specify a time. www.sugargathered.com requests that the recipients be available for delivery.

   If you know in advance you will be unable to be at the residence/business for delivery collection, please provide an alternative address at checkout. Should the recipient be unavailable upon delivery the parcel will only be left unattended at the location with permission from the purchaser. In this case, www.sugargathered.com will take no responsibility to any loss or damages to the delivery items.

   Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct at the time of purchase as www.sugargathered.com takes no responsibility for loss or damage due to incorrect information provided to us from the customer. Any redirected or returned products due to an incorrect address will be disposed of and will result in loss of ALL monies. Should the package require to be redirected to an alternate location, a redirect fee of $15 will be charged.

   Gold Coast - Delivery Suburbs

   We deliver to all Gold Coast suburbs. Donut box orders purchased through the shop front will have a flat rate of $15 delivery fee. Any custom orders that require us to deliver beyond 25 kms from our base (located in Carrara) will incur an additional cost and which is based on distance and accessibility. Please refer to the Gold Coast map on our contact page for a visual of our service area.

3. Cancellation Policy

   Orders may be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the delivery date with a 50% cancellation fee. All money will be refunded less a cancellation and administration fee of 50% per order.

   Unfortunately, orders within 48 hours that have been crafted and dispatched cannot be refunded. Should you require cancellation, then please contact us immediately at enquiries@sugargathered.com

   Should a refund occur for any reason, including ordering products outside our service areas, this will incur an administration fee.

   Sugar Gathered reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund given at anytime due to (but not limited to) nil recipient at delivery location, animals unrestrained at the delivery location, and or incorrect delivery location specified.

4. Product Policy

   We retain the right to make changes to our products and/or website as we see fit. Product colours, flavours, sizes and arrangements may vary from the website at our discretion. Flowers are always subject to seasonal change and replacement without notice; we retain the right to change flowers as needed. 

   Please note that although we constantly endeavour to attain the same products as pictured, some ingredients and/or toppings may be substituted if products photographed are unavailable. However, we can assure you, any substitutions made will be of similar value, quality and aesthetic - as it’s our personal desire to make every gathering beautiful! Please note that we retain the right to block any/all profanities and inappropriate language written on the greeting cards - at any time - and at our sole discretion.

5. Changes

   We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

6. Donut cake stand/wall hire

   If there is any damage noticed to stands/walls upon pick up by staff, a $60 fee will be charged to cover costs of any said damages. Any cancellations for a donut cake order will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Orders can be rescheduled depending on date availability.
